Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is until 11:00. Please contact us in advance if your arrival time will be different.

Free parking is available. Please let us know in advance if you are arriving in a large vehicle or with multiple cars.

JR Kisuki Station is some distance away; we offer a paid pick-up service by prior reservation. Please request this at the time of booking.

Children aged 4 and above are welcome. As menu content and rates differ by age, please contact us at the time of booking.

We regret that pets are not permitted.

Cancellation fees apply from 7 days prior to the stay date (7 days prior: 20% / 3 days prior: 50% / day before: 80% / on the day: 100%). Please refer to your reservation confirmation email for details.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email asking about your meal preferences. We will do our best to accommodate any allergies or dietary requirements — please let us know in detail.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

We accept credit cards and cash.

The entire building is non-smoking. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area. As to barrier-free access, given the structure of this historic house there are many steps inside. If you require any consideration regarding mobility, please contact us before booking.
