"Wakatsuki Yoshida Okuizumo" opens in the heart of the San'in tatara region on 18 May 2026 — with a pre-opening of the “Honan” suite

An old-folk-house auberge "Wakatsuki Yoshida Okuizumo" and its Japanese-French restaurant "Wakatsuki Saryo" opened on 18 May 2026 in Yoshida, Unnan City, Shimane Prefecture. The "Honan" main suite has begun a pre-opening; the full grand opening with all three rooms is planned for summer 2026.
